Whether students are preparing for college or wish to be challenged by rigorous math courses, they will find the math courses at CJ to meet their needs. Student can take four years of math no matter what level they are on in order to find multiple ways expand their skills in math.

Department Highlights

• Honors Calculus 1 students have the ability to receive credit for MTH 168 from the University of Dayton.

• Math teachers consistently offer help sessions before and after school to assist students.

• Promethean Active Boards offer innovative teaching tool for math classes.

• 8th grade students completing the Honors Algebra 1/Geometry course at CJ have the potential to finish with two years of Calculus.
