Young Team Competes With Heart

In his tenth year of coaching, Paul Biermann says the group of young men he coaches in swimming are very supportive of one another and they stick together. Because there are a lot of young, new swimmers, the seasoned swimmers have been able to help the younger swimmers and the coaches. This is especially true when the team splits up in to relay groups at practices and can help one another with techniques. Though the team is young, Coach Biermann is assured that the team will continue growing and developing in years to come. As the season comes to a close, the team's goal is to qualify its relay teams for the district race.
