Ministry

Students enrolled in STEMM courses at CJ - Project Lead the Way, science, math, and technology - are encouraged to consider ways to put their technical and academic skills to work in service to their local community.  Examples of potential technical service projects include, but are not limited to, designing and building a storage structure for the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, designing and constructing boardwalks for Five Rivers Metroparks facilities, working with Habitat for Humanity, creating a website for a local nonprofit organization, setting up and providing training in computer software at an after-school or adult day care facility, or creating healthy living posters and announcements for area agencies.  CJ students are also encouraged to visit their local elementary and middle schools to teach the students about engineering, and technology, or tutor students in math and science.

"Empowered to Serve the World..."
