High School Placement Test Registration form

The High School Placement Test is recommended by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and required by CJ for admission and Catholic scholarship consideration. The test will be administered on Saturday, November 19, 2011 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at CJ. The cost is $30. Students should bring payment with them the day of the test.

Note: A complimentary breakfast and tuition assistance information session will be offered to 8th grade parents at 8:15 a.m.
