Senior Exams
May 16-17, 2012
The senior picnic at Delco Park will follow final exams Thursday afternoon.
All other students will take exams May 29-June 1.

The Senior Exemption List will be distributed to teachers on Wednesday, May 9. Seniors who are questioning their exemption status should see their counselor on or after May 9.
Policies
Seniors are expected to adhere to the following:

You must be in complete uniform for all exams.

You must take exams during the scheduled times.

You are expected to be on time for all exams. If you are tardy to an exam you will not be given extra time to complete the exam.

You are expected to be present on exam days. “Students will be excused from exams and allowed to make them up only in the case of severe illness, emergency situations, or extraordinary circumstances as determined by the Administration…Family vacations do not constitute an emergency.” (Student Handbook, pg. 23). In the case of illness, a student must bring in a note from a doctor and the student will be expected to make up the exam(s) on Friday, May 18. See page 23 of the Student Handbook for further information.

You do not have to report to school until the start of your first exam each day.

If you are at school but are exempt from an exam you still must report to class and study quietly during that period (unless you are finished with all of your exams for that day).

Students finishing an exam early must remain in the classroom until the end of the testing period – you may not leave early.

You may leave school once all of your exams for that day are completed.
On Thursday all seniors must vacate the building by 1 p.m. and may not reenter.
