My name is Stacy Dues and I am a 1997 graduate of Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School. I have a Bachelor's degree from Miami University and a Master's Degree from the University of Dayton. I have been teaching at CJ since 2001.
As a foreign language teacher, I believe that it is important to incorporate listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities in each
day's lesson. I also believe that it is important to give the students the opportunity to use the target language, in spoken form, as much as possible during each class session. Students are better able to use and understand a foreign language when they are able to use the language in a context that is relatable and easy for them to understand.
