Kairos Retreat #2
January 24 -27 | Bergamo Center
Kairos is an optional four-day experience for seniors. The Kairos experience allows students and faculty to connect on a powerfully deep level and explore their relationship to one another and to God. Students experience faith witnesses, prayer services, small group activities, Mass and Reconciliation.
If you signed up to attend the January Kairos retreat and will need to take medication while away, please have your doctor complete an Authorization for School Personnel Administration of Medication Form and return it to the nurse's office by Wednesday, Jan. 18. You will need one form for each medication that the student will need to take.
Authorization from your doctor is required for all medications, even if they are over-the-counter and all medications are required to be kept by staff. Students are not allowed to carry or self-administer their own medications unless it is an asthma inhaler or epi-pen, in which case an Authorization for Self-Carry Administration of Medication form must be on file with the nurse.
All health forms and procedures are available here from the CJ Health Clinic Web pages. Please refer to the Medication Administration during Overnight School Trips Procedure. With questions please contact school nurse Tere McDonald (email) at 461.3740 x227.
