  • Development Administration Coordinator (Full-Time) - The Development Administration Coordinator (DAC) reports to the Director of Development along with the Alumni Relations, Database, and Annual Giving coordinators. The four coordinators and the Director comprise the Development Team that is responsible for the cultivation of positive and strong connections of all constituents with CJ; effective engagement and solicitation of constituents’ volunteer time & talent, as well as financial support; and ongoing stewardship of engaged constituents especially those whom financially support CJ. The DAC is a new coordinator role, and the position has been identified in CJ's strategic plan as an additional resource for Development to accomplish development revenue goals called for in support of the plan. This new role establishes a focused professional resource that will bring more effective performance for the Development Team's programs, and the first person to fill it will have a significant part in implementing the reality of the envisioned role. The individual filling this new role must be a good fit with the high-performance team that exists among the incumbents of the Development Team.  This will require a person who fundamentally exhibits skills and talents as an intelligent quick learner, a creative problem solver; a collaboratively contributing teammate, has a high tolerance for ambiguity, is a self-motivated “owner” of responsibilities, and has an explicit faithful foundation in Christ.   • Certified Bus Driver (Part-Time) - Chaminade Julienne is seeking a part-time certified bus driver to start immediately (pending verification of all certifications and background checks). The successful candidate will be required to complete VIRTUS training through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.   • Head Men’s Golf Coach: Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School (CJ), a co-educational school of more than 680 students in grades 9-12 in Dayton, Ohio, seeks an enthusiastic individual to lead the men’s golf program as head coach.  Qualified candidates are expected to have at least a Bachelor’s degree and had previous successful golf coaching experience. The successful candidate will be a person of integrity, discipline, enthusiasm, excellent communication and organizational skills. He or she will coach through inspirational leadership and be a positive role model on and off the course. Candidates must understand and support the values and the mission of Chaminade Julienne. This position reports to the school's athletic director.
