Thank you for choosing CJ to host your event! We are committed to making your event memorable. Below you will find our standard rental procedures. To submit a Facility Rental Request, please visit cjeagles.org/contact/facility-rentals.

We welcome rentals for single events, games, or tournament play. CJ has seven facilities which consist of 2 stadium fields, student conditioning center, tennis courts, gymnasium, cafeteria, auditorium, community space and classroom space to accommodate your organization's needs! 
Rentals are accepted all year long, with exception to Roger Glass Stadium which is closed December 1 - March 1.
*Chaminade Julienne and its affiliates have rental priority; all other rental Requests are accepted in the order in which they are received.

W.G. Grinders has all exclusivity to operate any food and beverage concessions during events – No Exceptions. W.G. Grinders also reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and/or menu.

Any organization requesting to utilize a CJ facility must provide proof of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 and a General Aggregate minimum amount of $3,000,000. Said coverage is to name Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School as the Additional Insured.
*Certificate of insurance must be received fifteen (15) business days prior to event

All facility rentals require a three (3) hour minimum to reserve each facility. The rental request must include the entire duration of the event, including setup and tear down. A CJ site manager is required for every rental.

  • Tier 1 includes All CJ sports teams and organizations.
  • Tier 2 includes Religious groups and eagle youth sports.
  • Tier 3 includes all other organizations.

*Fees are due 30 days prior to the event.
