Chaminade Julienne has the blessing of being sponsored by the Marianists and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, both founding orders of CJ predecessor schools, including Chaminade and Julienne respectively. The Brothers and the Sisters continue to deeply influence life at CJ as they actively guide and direct the education of our students, providing training, resources and support to our teachers and staff who serve as lay ministers. In addition to sponsorship agreements, both orders provide representation on the CJ Board of Trustees and help shape Trustee formation through the efforts of the Mission Effectiveness Advisory Council (MEAC) and adult and student formation through the efforts of the Mission Integration Team (MIT).

Wherever we are sent we invite others to share in Mary’s Mission of making Christ present in every age and culture by forming persons and communities of apostolic faith that advance justice and reconciliation. Committed to education, we minister with youth and in solidarity with the poor.
