Application Process
Your application to CJ is complete when you have accomplished both of the following:
- Submit the online application form
- Complete the High School Placement Test on Saturday, Nov. 23. Click Here to Register
- Send school records to CJ
- If your student attends a Catholic grade school, you should complete the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Grade School Release of Records Authorization form and turn it into your current school office as soon as possible.
- If your student attends a non-Catholic grade school, please use the CJ Records Request and Recommendation Form to have your current school send a copy of school records for grade 6-8 to us.
When you have completed the application form and the required records information from your school is received, your application will be considered complete.
