Summer Camps
With the CJ Eagle Summer Camp line-up, your child can discover talents or develop skills this summer — all while making new friends, playing a favorite sport, creating stories, being part of a performing arts production, learning Spanish or experimenting with STEMM. With Christ at the center of our programs, you will gain an experience of our community at camp, and discover what it means to be an Eagle! Summer camp registration will open March 15, 2025.
Genesis
Calling all singers, beatboxers, and future pop stars! If you enjoy singing or beatboxing and want to explore and learn more about your talent and perform in a team environment, Genesis is a great place to do just that. Genesis is CJ’s junior high a cappella program that meets once a week at CJ to practice and hone their skills as performers. This group performs at CJ concerts and gets the chance to work with our high school a cappella groups Vega and Phoenix. Registration for Genesis will open September 2024. We can’t wait to sing with you!
Eagle Pride
Junior high students are invited to be a part of our Eagle Pride Marching Band and help us keep up the CJ spirit at football games. If you are interested in joining the team, contact Ann Hawthorn, Eagle Pride director, at [email protected].
Gamers AfternoonÂ
Students in Grades 5th-8th are invited to attend a free gamers event on Saturday, March 29 from Noon to 4 p.m. The afternoon will feature a selection of video, cards and board games for participants; competitions for Smash Bros Ultimate; Mario Kart and more—snacks and prizes, too. Registration is limited to 50 participants.
