Student Activities Coordinator

Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School is seeking to fill the role of student activities coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year. The Student Activities Coordinator is focused on enhancing student engagement and belonging through student leadership development, extracurricular activities, and social events. This is a school-year based position that reports to the Director of Student Services. This position collaborates with multiple departments to oversee the CJ United programming and communication which includes student clubs, school spirit initiatives, and co-curricular programs. Key responsibilities include facilitating neighborhood planning, mentoring student leaders, coordinating enrichment activities, and fostering a culture of collaboration among student organizations. The coordinator also partners with faculty and staff to develop new student groups and support grade-level advisory programs. Some summer planning is required to ensure a dynamic and inclusive student experience. CJ is seeking to fill this part time position, but is also interested in discussing a potential full-time role based on the qualification and needs of the candidate and school.

All qualified candidates are required to have proper Ohio Department of Education licensure, have current background checks and become SafeParish certified through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Requirements
A thorough background check is required for all those employed or volunteering to work with youth or vulnerable adults as a cleric, at a parish or school, as an Archdiocesan employee or at an Archdiocesan institution. All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through selection.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before beginning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
