Drumline Instructor

Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced person to serve as Drumline Instructor with Eagle Pride Marching Band and Colorguard for the 2025 season.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Drumline Instructor, you will:

  • Work with the Eagle Pride directors under a unified vision to coordinate the preparation, exercises,
    choreography and routines for performance.
  • Be responsible for teaching the percussionists the required skills and routines which are appropriate,
    logical, and accessible by the group. Finally this person would
  • Attend all performances, practices, activities, and creative staff production meetings.

Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:

  • General knowledge/experience with teaching the different drumline instruments (snare, tenor, bass,
    cymbals)
  • Ability to work with students with a variety of experience/abilities
  • Communication skills will be required to collaborate with directors and students alike.
  • Availability to attend all rehearsals/performances throughout the season

Requirements
