Thank You for your Interest in Applying to Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School

Applications for admission to the 2026-2027 school year have closed. Applications for the 2027-2028 school year will open in September 2026. Please review the application process below to learn more about how to apply to CJ in the future. We look forward to welcoming you and your families to campus!

For those interested in transferring to CJ for the 2027-2028 school year, that process will open March 1, 2027.

Application Process

Your application to CJ is complete when you have accomplished both of the following:

Submit the online application form (available September 2026).
Send school records to CJ:
- If your student attends a Catholic grade school, you should complete the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Grade School Release of Records Authorization form and turn it into your current school office as soon as possible.
- If your student attends a non-Catholic grade school, please use the CJ Records Request and Recommendation form to have your current school send a copy of school records for grades 6-8 to us.
- If your child is a transfer student, please complete this form, sign it and give it to your child’s school office. Transfer applications will be available beginning mid-February.

When you have completed the application form and the required records information from your school is received, your application will be considered complete.
